$25 Custom Design Deposit

A $25 non-refundable design deposit is required before any custom design work begins. This deposit reserves design time and is applied toward your final order when you complete your purchase.

Design & Revision Policy

• The initial deposit includes up to 3 revisions.
• The deposit is non-refundable and covers the design work and time invested in your custom request.
• If the design reaches 5 revisions, an additional $25 design deposit is required before further changes are made.
• No custom design work will begin until the deposit has been received.

Photos & Images for Your Design

If your custom design requires personal photos, logos, or other images, you may provide up to 5 images. You are not required to provide five images—send only the images needed for your design.

If you are unable to upload your images with your order, email them to creatingart3055@gmail.com. Please include the same name used on your order so your images can be matched to your design request.

IMPORTANT: Please provide all photos and images before design work begins. Additional or replacement images submitted after design work has started may count as a revision.

No Meetups

Creating Art does not meet customers at alternate locations. Finished orders must be picked up at the designated business pickup location during pickup hours or shipped to you.

Pickup Hours

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Sunday: CLOSED

Pickup outside these hours is not available. Please plan accordingly.

Shipping Available

If you cannot pick up during scheduled pickup hours, shipping is available. Applicable shipping charges are calculated with the final product order.
