Custom Design Deposit

A design deposit is required before custom design work begins. Choose the deposit level that applies to the complexity of your requested design.

Level 1 — $10 Design Deposit: For simple designs, text-based designs, and minor edits. Non-refundable.

Level 2 — $15 Design Deposit: For moderate designs, designs using text and images, or additional custom elements. Non-refundable.

Level 3 — $25 Design Deposit: For complex designs, multiple images, memorial designs, and detailed custom work. Refundable. When applicable, this deposit may be applied toward the final order or refunded according to the approved custom order.

Please provide clear photos, exact wording, colors, theme, and any special instructions needed for your design. Design work begins after the appropriate deposit has been paid.

Important: The $10 and $15 design deposits are non-refundable. Only the $25 Level 3 design deposit is refundable.
